What is a Full Session?

Each full session lasts about one hour (or as long as you choose to stay in position).

You will benefit most by staying as long as you can each session.

Private Consultation ($36)
In most cases, you would begin by scheduling a Single Full Session. A Private Consultation is best for those who feel they have special health needs or those seeking additional support in using the method effectively. In most consultations we actually use the healing position, so you should have a quiet space and plan accordingly.

How to Prepare for a Session
Please Read Before Your First Session
Set aside a block of time. Let people close to you know you will be doing a self-healing session. If they choose not to join the session, let them know you prefer not to be disturbed until the session ends.
Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit. If you desire, you can use a small cushion to support your back or neck to maximize your comfort. You will hold your hands in one position for the duration of the session. Especially in the beginning, you may want to ease this by supporting your arms with firm cushions or arm rests.
If you want, you can enhance the atmosphere of the room by lighting a candle or playing your own relaxing music at low volume. You might prefer to create a permanent sacred space for Simple Self Healing much as you would a prayer or meditation space.
If you have time, you can prepare your hands by gently rubbing them together. Most Simple Self Healing sessions begin with warming up the hands to speed the benefits. You can intensify your results by warming your hands before or between sessions.
